Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers.
Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger is a no-show after 15 minutes of waiting, the full fare (or a minimum $50 fee for long-distance trips) will be charged.
Flight Delays: No fees apply for flight delays. We monitor your flight number provided at the time of booking and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Processing Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
